Every motion design project starts with understanding the problem, not the animation. Before any frames move, we focus on goals, audience, and context. This foundation ensures motion is aligned with strategy and not just visual flair.

From there, ideas are explored through sketches and storyboards. This phase allows concepts to evolve quickly and collaboratively, reducing friction later in the process. Once direction is clear, animation begins with a focus on consistency, rhythm, and detail.

Collaboration is central throughout. By working closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders, motion becomes an integrated part of the experience rather than an afterthought. The result is work that feels cohesive, purposeful, and scalable across platforms.
